Actually these people are unemployed because all the "job creators" left town. Comparative advantage, outsourcing, creative destruction...call it what you want but these people are unemployed because of capitalism not socialism. He's confounding cause and effect.
And all the people with the government jobs? The government is the only employer left in town.
