http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/12/2 ... 1356819947A lawyer who's asking to sue Connecticut for $100 million on behalf of a 6-year-old Newtown school shooting survivor who heard violence over the school's intercom system says the potential claim is about improving school security, not money.
"It's about living in a world that's safe," New Haven attorney Irving Pinsky told The Associated Press on Saturday. "The answer is about protecting the kids."

I always thought it would be unpleasant to be a pile of shit, but lawyers seem to get along just fine.

Is this guy any worse than the politicians who have lined up to take advantage of the same tragedy?

I'm inclined to say no; they're all pieces of shit.Pinky wrote:Is this guy any worse than the politicians who have lined up to take advantage of the same tragedy?
However, politicians in some cases can be responding to calls from those they represent--there are plenty of frigid twats out there that want to ban everything they don't think is "nice". But this guy doesn't leave as much to the imagination.

One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.

Re: Phase one: find ambulance
All lawyers tell themselves they take cases like this because they're doing a public service. Who wouldn't want to improve school safety!! Thank God we have a lawyer who will finally help get it done!
Then they demand $100 million instead of, or in addition to, injunctive relief they know they won't get. And, oh by the way, their attorney-client contract for 30-40% of all monetary damages is private and not disclosed at the press conferences they hold.

"Know that! & Know it deep you fucking loser!"

This lawyer is after money. The politicians are after power. They are all shameless swine.

I hope that they win as it would serve to deter potential future shooters.
