iTunes tech question

Post by TerryB »

I downloaded a quicktime video, got it into iTunes, but can't get it to sync to my iPod. It plays in iTunes but won't sync to my iPod (yes there's space, yes it's the right kind of iPod etc).

In the library, it shows up as a "movie" in the "unknown genre" category. I can see it in the library, I can check the little box next to it to get it to sync, but when I try to put it into my iPod, it says it can't sync. I tried it with another iPod and it doesn't give me the "can't sync" pop-up message, but after it allegedly syncs, I can't find the movie on the device.

plshlpthx

Are you sure it's a quicktime vid (.mov) or it just opens in QT and is another format.

Download isquint. It converts everything that I throw at it though full length movies could take a bit.
