I Googled a few of these things so you don't have to.

edit:
I seriously couldn't stand to look at these links for longer than a second or two, so beware. I'm fairly 1000% certain these have nothing SFW at all about them.

never watched thief, but goddamn, cancelling terriers pissed me off. that was a great fuckin' show.baffled wrote:The thing about FX is that they've let some shows go on and on, and then others get cancelled in a hurry.
Thief was one. The one with Andre Brower (Brougher?). That one still gives me a little bit of a chubber to think about, and it didn't make a whole season.
Same with Terriers.
have you ever been as far as even considered go want to do look more like?

And yet, they let those fucking homos at Sons of Anarchy have season after season. That show was good the first season. Okay the second. Now, I want to kick over a Harley whenever I see one.sanchezero wrote:never watched thief, but goddamn, cancelling terriers pissed me off. that was a great fuckin' show.baffled wrote:The thing about FX is that they've let some shows go on and on, and then others get cancelled in a hurry.

OK. I finally watched this, and it is a lot of fun. Felicity's a dirty girl, and the action is well done.
What worries me about this show is that the executives might be tempted to let the husband win this debate, turning Felicity into a reluctant good guy. The way it's set up, it would be better if this eventually leads up to her taking him out, but that seems unlikely.baffled wrote:How rad is it that Keri Russell's the one who is all "Socialist! Union Activist! Mother Russia motherfucker!" And her husband's all "$3 million. Our kids are 'murikkans. $3 MILLION!"?

Hey, hey, hey...ease up there Dr. Brainiac. We just let you into the cool guys club and now you're throwing out all kinds of crazy speculative shit like you've been a long term member. Your comments have been duly noted.

Pinky,
I actually like your perspective on this and am happy you found the time to contribute. I actually was kind of thinking the same thing as you. The husband's role in everything is going to be very interesting.
How far will he go to keep the FBI off of them? Will he continue doing their Soviet spy mission thing out of necessity? Will Felicity go the other way since she's usually at home with Mrs. FBI Cleaver across the streeet, baking cookies and shit?
Does she wash her hands before she bakes? When did antibacterial soap hit the scene?
There are a lot of ways this thing can go over the next half decade or so, and I'm really looking forward to seeing how many Wednesday evenings I can get away with doing nothing other than, you know, telling myself some secrets.
Also, please feel free to go back and enter the discussion in the 7 Psychopaths review thread.

The way they've set it up so far, it looks like he'll keep doing the spy stuff mostly out of love for her. That could get silly fast, or it could be used to motivate some awesome, acid-washed ass kicking.baffled wrote:I actually was kind of thinking the same thing as you. This show has a lot of potential, but it could also jump the shark very quickly.
I have nothing more to say about that movie. I chuckled through most of it, but I'm not going to defend it as movie of the year. Also, please feel free to go back and enter the discussion in the 7 Psychopaths review thread.

Damn...I know if Kaz had been watching he would have been fucking pissed! That shit was pretty fucking crazy when he put that pillow over the kid's face.
That little blonde taking pictures was definitely fuckable. And the little Russian chick the FBI hooked...holy shit!
I give this episide a solid "A" for plot/story, kung fu, and sexiness.
Oh, and one more thing...I can't get it out of my head. The husband reminds me of Lindsey Buckingham which is nutty since they played some Fleetwood Mac during the first episode. I know!

i hate that this is not on cable. i wanna see all them titties.
i did think the dude's shift to 'it must've been important' and the end was a bit contrived, but i like to see that yummymommy isn't just toeing the party line anymore.

I'm still not buying the FBI guy....I'm guessing it's the actor and not the role but....

Re: Brav-fuckin'-o...the first episode of "The Americans"
First two episodes were pretty good. FBI neighbor-guy redeemed himself with the handling of electronic appliance salesman taking his cavier and partner shoving gag in his mouth during interrogation. Along with the doggystyle and knife fighting shows that gratuitous sex and violence will add color to the dialogue.BucketHead wrote:Watched 1 and 2 last night. Good show

I think I might have liked the second episode better than the first.

Re: Brav-fuckin'-o...the first episode of "The Americans"
I have some thoughts now after the first couple episodes and the next one coming up tomorrow night:
1) I think the FBI guy is awesome. Pretty much how I think of FBI people.
2) I think it's hilarious how they keep referring to Reagan as a lunatic.
3) Seems the first two shows are more about the male lead than Felicity.
4) Felicity's left side isn't her good side, but she still looks pretty good.
5) I think they've already done some really interesting things in terms of future plot lines when you think about the bug they managed to get planted.

Re: Brav-fuckin'-o...the first episode of "The Americans"
My cable fucked up before the first one and I saw all you guys here cumming yourself over the show so when my cable was fixed I watched the pilot and was floored. Nice fucking Seonage into the wall! And how about when Phillip beat the Chester's ass Jujutsu style?!
I remember this area in 81 and they capture it. Alot of subtile things in the show.
In the end they end dead, on the run or defecting. Phillip allready sees that he is fighting for a shithole that restricts people and leaves everyone equally poor except for the elites. " The electricity always works, the food is great and the closet space..."
And that little brutal truth of the KGB encouraged her to be raped might plant some seeds about what side is better in Elizabeth.
I watched that first 1 about 4 times now between rearingit after Justified and my On Demand. I even let my older boy watch it. He saw that Seo Nage into the wall and went "I want to learn that Dad!" so that was the main lesson for himk and my other 2 Padawan's on Monday's class.

All you pissypants that haven't watched this show recognize that Dylna is fully down...what fucking more endorsement do you need? I expect all you bitches to be watching tonight and there will be a pop quiz on the show tomorrow. Anyone getting less than an 80 percent on the quiz will NOT go on the camping trip this weekend.

Bitches, don't let those clenches and kegel exercises for men go to waste. This is a trip you do not want to miss.
The shows pretty good too.

Re: Brav-fuckin'-o...the first episode of "The Americans"
I like the little sobering up at the end of what we are dealing with here in the Soviets.
Phillip might be a decent man who's eyes are starting to look around, his wife might be a decent person with her commie leanings aside and we are starting to like them but in the end they work for the USSR.
Could have easily got her to Cuba but fuck it, snuff the bitch and take the kid to mother Russia.
Makes sense they worked with scumbag libs and radicals in the 60's when they got here, those movements were ripe with future neocommies like Obama's Mom and his real daddy.
" I asked them, twice."

Are the protagonists of this show some faggot commies?
