Anyway, who knew tear gas canister + wooden house = funeral pyre? Well I did and I'm guessing the San Bernardino Sherrif Dept did also.

You think there's a qualitative distinction,in this case, to be made between City pigs and Country Pigs?Batboy2/75 wrote:I love how the Internet idiots believe Big Bear and San Bernardino County are in the jurisdiction of the LAPD.
He was never going to make it into custody, regardless who got him. That we all knew that is indicative of civil decay. The piece trash didn't deserve to live...but the Cops did not deserve the right to kill him. That's our collective right, not the whim of civil servants.

There are hundreds of lawyers in Cali who could have negotiated his surrender.Blaidd Drwg wrote: He was never going to make it into custody, regardless who got him. That we all knew that is indicative of civil decay

The police weren't going to negotiate. They had already decided that not only was he guilty but that they would serve as executioners.johno wrote:Blaidd Drwg wrote: There are hundreds of lawyers in Cali who could have negotiated his surrender.

Funny how there is more talk of the 2 women shot up in the truck by trigger happy pigs here than on the mainsteeam media.
Highlights the hypocisy of many cops. "We have a target on us." Fuck you pig. As you should. Your suppossed to servew and protect and that means you should be in more danger than civillians.
They want to go for the death penalty because he killed a cop but I guess the young woman does not count?
If one of us was killed but no cops they are out to arrest the killer but if one of them falls it's a manhunt with shoot to kill on sight. Like thay are special? Fuck that they are Rooks and Pawns.
Fucking pigs shoot at 2 women working on sight and it's glossed over, makes me sick.
If it was not for the innocent woman he killed I;d cheer his ass on.
BTW shows what you can do with a weapon and mindset against an armed force.
Wait till it's alot of armed people who's greivence is the goverment shitting on the Constitution? Going to be a pig shot.

Dorner should have set the police up to be filmed actually executing him. Film of the police shooting an unarmed Dorner trying to give himself up would have caused a real firestorm. Instead, he stupidly provided the police with the excuse to use the force they used.
Dorner killed Dorner.

Re: WTF is going on in LA?
You are childlike in your naivete. A person who assassinates officers of the law is refusing to exercise his right to due process of law before a civil jury. And officers defending their lives certainly don't have to sacrifice their own rights to protect those of a killer. This is the force of political reaction, it has always been thus. If LL Cool J wanted to plead his case, he could have done so.Terry B. wrote:I thought that you homeboys loved the constitution. Ever cared to read beyond the 2nd amendment? Skin ahead to 6,7, and 8.

Everyone knows the Cops are going to act like pouting children. The public at large gives a lot of leeway in bringing people in, but ALL the victims of Dorner including the larger society deserve the benefit of due process. Instead, in typical squealing pig fashion,we get a virtual shut down of local LE while bystanders get lit up for driving the wrong car. This public spectacle sent one message only. The Police are paid gang, not a very well run Gang at that. They seem to think they have a tertiary duty to enforce certain laws some of the time. If this was anyone other than a cop killer, they'd have pursued him like an adult and worst case scenario, you'd have another Eric Rudolph. I'm betting the mentally unstable negro was not going to be too terribly hard to find.

I agree entirely as would most rational people. I am disagreeing with the argument (not by you) that if a person shoots a cop then another cop has the right to hunt that person down and execute them on site. Does this apply for other civil servants? Does the person need to admit that they killed a cop in a manifesto or could the police simply believe that they are probably, maybe, guilty? If you kill a banker, could other bankers run out and shoot everybody who is driving a vehicle the same color as you?Batboy2/75 wrote:As much as I hate cops, I don't expect them to rush in a save a guy while he is firing at them. Even if they did start the fire. Dorner set the stage, via his actions, for the police to meet force with force.

You guys cry yourselves to sleep over the thought of background checks when buying an AK47 from a pawn shop, but don't seem to mind when LEOs become judges and executioners?

They already perform background checks when you buy a firearm from a pawnshop. There is even a special Federal Firearms Licence for it. Nor is anyone upset over it.
No one is upset at his death, because it appears it wasn't extra-constitutional. Dorners actions in and at the cabin doomed him.
The two truck shootings do bother me and would like to see all of the officers involved fired and prosecuted for criminal negligence. However, we all know that will never happen. They are part of the little club that gets to negligently use firearms.
