Hey all,
I know that usually you wait for about 6 months to talk about first results but mine are less about strength results but much more about health benefits. I have been looking for a wholistic system for a long time and thought it was perfect to start with CC with my arrival for my 3,5 month stay in Nepal.
I managed to workout on 41 days out of 100. I know it´s not that great, but regeneration is difficult there. I was sick a lot, stomach troubles, food poisoning... the food isn´t as nutritious and sleep is a nightmare haha
So I am still dwelling around Step 1 on most. Now, I do believe that I have become weaker. I can´t whoop out 10 pullups now because I promised myself to build myself ground up. But I gained 4 pounds of muscle.... my whole body feels like a much better functioning unit. I have been able to remove weird strains in my hands thanks to the eagleclaw fisting and fingertip pushups and bar hanging. I don´t need to do specific shoulder stretches anymore to make sure they are allright.
Basically I just feel like a wild animal. Muscle definition is happening fast, the vertical pullups have shown where I had real weakness (around the biceps attachment point and the arm junction). It´s simply fantastic and I can´t wait to share some result picture in a few more months where I will have hopefully progressed to step 2 on most.
This is Step One:
Forty-one days doing wall push-ups, still stuck on Step One and he feels like a wild animal. JDC is a fucking genius.
And I thought 'The Century' was a fucking joke...
You ever seen a cycling plumber who wrestles with small calves, forearms and neck? Didn't think so.
