That's saying nothing for all the killing of each other and the killing of them by better people that will go on.

They will starve off and those who try to come out into the outer burbs and the country will be slaughterd.

It might be the thing that saves this country in the long run. A collapse, 3-5 years of Anarchy and Feudalism, 4-8 years of reunification through deplomacy and war and then a country with a bit more than 200 million people and none of Kaz's least favorite people. Oh there will be some black people left, just not many niggers. Those that make it will be slaves or pets.

Let me put it this way: that neighborhood has already collapsed. There's nothing there. Normal citizens never go through there at all at any speed. The question is whether it will spread. It probably won't. It's been collapsed for 30+ years. It was worse 20 years ago, actually.
