Martin went completely batshit crazy, even for him, calling out Lyle, Alan and Perryman, posted screencaps from emails and foamed at the mouth about what terrible people they are, and how they drove him to this.

I'm not joking, it read like a suicide note, or a manifesto prior to delivering a fertilizer bomb to Lyle's house.

Then, apparently, his meds kicked in, and he took it all down.

I was reading some of the other posts and apparently he is tired of all the bullshit that goes along with being a nutritional/IF guru and has gone back to training people.

Yeah, startlingly enough, Lyle and I have bizarrely complimentary personalities. We were just howling with laughter on the phone about the Martin incident a little while ago.

It doesn't mean I am like Lyle, I can sympathize with his enjoying calling people names and shit on FB too, because I'm only like a six pack away from that at any given point.
