Good book, Lots of good stuff in Diamond's writing although he spent to much time amongst mud hutters and tries to come off that all peoples are of equal intelligence, which is a crock of shit when you look at IQ statistics.

The Chinese may have got the bug for exploration (again) and expansion and did just that, and then would have been the masters of the world.

Their history has me think bring on the most despotic whites you can and still shit would be better than if the Chinese were on top.
