RADA is a brand of cutlery that's sold through a network of home-based business consultants. That notwithstanding, their knives and kitchen tools are good quality and not overpriced (unlike Cutco, whose prices are absurd). I've also bought a few of their pairing and kitchen knives over the years and like them too.
This ice cream scoop is rugged. Forged steel scoop and tang embedded in a brushed aluminum handle. The sharpened edge digs through even rock hard ice cream.
Really, it's more of an entrenching tool than an ice cream scoop.

Is this an Amway pitch?
Not from me. RADA has home-based resellers, but as far as I know, no downline. So its more like Tupperware. Both the reps I know are old ladies. You probably already know one if you ask around.

My mother in law has this. We have the pizza cutter, 3 different spatulas, several knives, and those spiffy hand mixers are the tits for mixing protein but for the love of gorrilla jeezus don't put them in the dish washer. They get all manky inside.
We buy a couple of things every time the local church has a fundraiser.
