At a meet a couple of years ago there was a dwarf lifter (a lifter who is a dwarf, not someone who lifts dwarf) doing his first meet.

He put up solid numbers on his squat (6-inch ROM) and bench (3-inch ROM) and in context his deadlift was pretty decent too.
