Odd serendipity today. Was driving across Iowa and made a rest stop that had a big historical sign about some guy named Grinnell who was an early settler and who started Grinnell college. Not far later I see an exit sign for Grinnell and decide to see the town and college on a complete whim.
After the exit I see a sign in front of a church that says "Homes for Haiti" with a model of the unit shown in the clip. I'm curious about alternative housing and this thing looks really cool. Kind of like an extra sturdy yurt.

Tropical climate, uninsulated steel walls and a metal roof - I'm not sure how folks won't bake alive in something like that.
He points at the metal roof and calls it a heat shield, talks about decking - but then, inside, the ceiling appears to be that exact same metal roof. I think I'm missing something.
