City Fitness had KB's and some people who knew what they were doing. My buddy Tom Brose managed the palce the last I knew. They are on Conn. Ave pretty much in the center of that city.

The info for the comp can be found on the website below. Marty Farrell is also hosting a weekend training camp in December. I won't be going to the training camp, but I think it's a great chance to learn from one of the best American lifters.
