I've seen skaters jump people, it usually ends up with a bloody and knoced out big ass hole who took them as mere kids.
That kid did not mean to hit that little kid and the little kid needed to watch where he was running. I don't think the little kid deserved to get run over but it happedend. It's called an accident but our society in the last 30 years have adopted this idea that someone always must pay. BS.

The fact that the skater was doing tricks that would leave him with such a blind spot anywhere near pedestrians makes him wrong.
But the mom also shouldn't have let her kid run that free in the vicinity of skaters with more momentum than brain cells.

To be fair based on the tricks he was doing and the quality of camera filming him the guy is likely making money for what he is doing. Skaters at that level typically don't do their impromptu filming in heavy traffic areas, instead they will find their spot (a lot of times a "famous" skate spot since that is what sponsor videos want) they will do some practice runs and will let people know what they are doing so they don't run into them. I mean shit he has a camera man also on a skateboard, both moving pretty quick, plus other crew/skaters there as well so it is not like they are hard to miss. The group stakes out the area, gets their filming done, and move on.Pinky wrote:The fact that the skater was doing tricks that would leave him with such a blind spot anywhere near pedestrians makes him wrong.

In my opinion this was much more likely an inattentive mother (notice how she came from a totally different direction than the kid had?) with an unsupervised kid not paying attention and not some reckless no good skater kid causing mayhem. That plus his general caring empathetic attitude play in his favor. I did enjoy how the mom says something like "you ran into him on his birthday!!", lol how much would you bet that it was not even the kids birthday but that she was just trying to make it a bigger scene that it was?

Bullshit, any fucking kid who can't hear a skateboard (they are fairly loud on concrete) and runs toward it is fucking retarded and needs to be on a leash.
If you watch they kid was going faster than the skater.

Re: Skaters v chicks

In a skate park, a child celebrating his birthday with his mother was hit by skateboarder Moses Salazar, who does not see it. The skater will then be sorry and seems worried about the state of the child. In contrast, the mother is not concerned so much the state of his kid and prefer to go "talk" to the skater....

Right there, so skate park + kid not on skateboard running towards guy on skateboad's blindside= accident.
Cunt who is obviously coming far from kid (probably cunt jabbering on her smart phone) runs up, does not look over her kid and then feels entitled to hit the skater.
I'm right, your all fags, old fucks or dumbshits and I walked you into it thinking "Have any of these guys watched this on youtube or looked it up as to where this was or thought about the way she acted?"
She was more pissed that she let her kid get out of sight and as she has probably gotten away with hitting men becuase of the double standard about jap slapping a cunt who thinks she can put knuckles on a man.
Fuck her and I hope her dope man violently fucks her asshole and rips it open so she dies.
Just as I hope Terry's boyfriend does tonight.

Taken, while a movie that has inspired many a quality thread here, is the past participle of 'take'. You should have instead used 'taking' although 'have taken' would have also sufficed. Also, 'bitch' should be possessive and not plural.DARTH wrote:I am about to show I am smarter than 90% of the fucks here taken that bitches side, from the fucking youtube page this comes, copied and pasted I give you ....

He could have meant "who have taken", to be fair. Agreed on "bitches". No argument from me there.

Where do you stand on split infinitives, Mrs B? If the accident actually happened in a skate park, then it was entirely the mothers fault.

Re: Skaters v chicks
I saw the comments on the youtube site before I posted my first post, and also watched the video looking for signs of skateboard park-ed-ness. No fencing, no other skaters, no ramps to be seen, trees spread around, pedestrians strolling...looks about as as much a park as the concrete on campus that the local skaters use for stuff.
Don’t believe everything you think.
Re: Skaters v chicks
How about don't let your kid wander into the middle of people skating/bicycling/etc?
The guy seemed concerned. Accidents happen. The kid cried, then he'll be fine. The skater's film is now ruined. He probaby wn't be able to pay his rent this month becaue of lost youtube revenue. He'll turn to drugs and crime, rob a house, shoot a homeowner. Everyone loses.

Not all skate parks are engineered as skate parks originally., many are common areas that were bought up and in some places the city designates a skae park to keep the skate rats out of shopping centres.nafod wrote:I saw the comments on the youtube site before I posted my first post, and also watched the video looking for signs of skateboard park-ed-ness. There was one we hung at in So Fla that was like that. Just a common area around a flag pool with some curbs and shit added and designated a skating area.
(Great place to score weed!)
Go ahead and search it further, But this was also on Tosh 2.0 and it's a skate park fellas and this is the only site on the internet where people piled on the skater, everywhere else, she's the dumb cunt you all know she is.
And no I can't skate for shit but a lot of the guys I hung with were either full on skate rats or punker, hardcore types that used them as transpo.
