At the end of the day, some young guy named Mieses is paralyzed for life. His crime? hanging out with a bad crowd and being at the wrong place ant the wrong time. If only he had followed my advice about violence. Hang out with thugs and expect the worst.

Do I blame Lien? No, IMO the fault is with the rice rocket riders. They caused the situation that caused Lien to flee. Still won't help him in the civil lawsuits that will drain him dry.

For the non NYers on the board, just a little background:
- These guys do this every year. It is supposed to be a fun ride, but they harass drivers, intentionally block traffic, pulls stunts on the highway, etc.
-There were something like 200 911 calls about the Hollywood Stuntz activity.
-There are a number of ethnic MCs in the NYC area. These MCs are not true 1% biker clubs (or even like the Ching-A-Lings) but a lot of their membership are current or former gang members from real gangs. The Hollywood Stuntz seems like a "Mega-Club" made up of several for a specific event. The Black and Hispanic clubs seem to have better relationships with each other than the other MCs.
-They were stopping or slowing traffic everywhere and you can see the guy who got hit (not run over) break check the Range Rover.
