You kid, but there's a lot of truth to this. Down in the great state of Mississippi we are always ranked in the bottom three states. However, if you remove the test scores of 6-7 specific all nigger, dogshit districts it catapults God's state to about 17th. My kids go to an A+ district, and their education is on par with any public education in the nation.

The United States has a grand tradition of providing a free education to every child. In fact, it is legally mandated. This results in billions of dollars in educational effort being thrown at a lot of deadbeats who fail to take advantage of that fact, give zero fucks about it, and basically use public education as daycare and a source of free food. Those asshole's test scores are mixed in with everyone else's and skew the fact that we produce students who are every bit as good as anything else produced in the world. However, we're not allowed to filter out the "nigger effect".

Take any social measurement (crime, poverty, test scores, healthcare,anything) and factor out the negros and the USA has absolutely no crisis in anything. Now you know the reason The Democrat Party stopped lynching them and made the them cornerstone of their political machine.
