Did that article just imply that the reason the Saints are 5-0 this year is because the head coach does @Fit?

Last week Payton and a few of his coaches dropped in at a @Fit gym in Chicago before a road game against the Bears. They arrived at 7 a.m. Saturday and did a routine of hang power cleans and wall climbs. "He moves really well," said the owner of O'Hare @Fit, Angelo Sisco. "Nice, good lumbar, no bad movements." The next day Payton and the Saints treated Sisco and his coaches with tickets to the Bears-Saints game at Soldier Field.

"You can tell he does this because he wants to," said Sisco. "Not because it's cool."

What does "good lumbar" mean?

Actually, he sounds like the perfect guy to benefit from CrossFit. Smart, experienced ex-athlete who knows what real training is (because he sees it every day), who wants to drop a few lbs and challenge himself a bit. He probably knows how not to hurt himself, and has enough prestige that no cert-owner is going to browbeat him into Rhabdo.
