I dont click links but I thought Toronto was more of a first-tier city? Is it more like a trashier Detroit?

Toronto is a great city. Awesome nightlife, a lot of ESL schools, so foreign girls that speak enough English, but not too much, and it's fairly clean for a big city.

This mayor is my favorite politician anywhere, ever.
