AND IF SO, DO YOU THINK THAT MIGHT HAVE INFLUENCED HOW MINORITIES VIEW "THE SYSTEM"?? DO YOU THINK A REASONABLE MAN LIVING IN THAT CULTURE MIGHT LOSE ALL FAITH IN THE SYSTEM? MIGHT BECOME EXTREMELY DISTRUSTFUL OF THE POLICE AND THE JUSTICE SYSTEM?? AND DO YOU THINK THAT MIGHT CONTINUE TO COLOR THINGS EVEN TODAY?

Police brutality and militarization is only one of many problems BLACK dip shits face. Their culture is the number one reason they occupy the bottom of the ladder on every socio-economic measurement.
