1) Not mentioned in the Article, but its seem one of the chief climate change experts at the EPA has no scientific training. He is (like all Washington weasel) an attorney.

2) Seems he likes to play spy and not show up to work.

Remember suckers; these are the anointed ones, the technocrats, our betters. Their government intrusion into your life is for your own good. They know better than you what is good for you. God help you if you were left to your own devises.

Can you imagine not physically showing up to work for 18 months and getting paid? That is, short of disability fraud.

He even stuck the EPA (and us) with his first class travel expenses.

Then, he made them think he was retired when in fact he was still pulling a check. I've personally chosen to view this as hilarious but there's so much wrong with it I wouldn't even know where to start.

The sad part is, if he hadn't tried to fuck the system one more time, he'd have gotten away with it all.

If he were a corporation, he could've gotten a Regulation inserted into the Federal Code granting him leave with pay, with tax breaks, and probably some sort of annual bonus.
