Man I love not living in New Jersey.

A guy, white, I was friends with earlier in life was murdered by a black guy about two weeks ago. We played sports together and partied together. I grew up and grew out of that lifestyle and he never did. We haven't talked much over the past 10 years, just every now and then. Anyway, they were in a bar had a falling out over a girl a long time ago, it's been an ongoing issue between them for years. Anyway, bar closes, my friend approaches said black man and tells him it's time to settle this shit. He throws up his hands and the black guy pulls out a .38 shoots twice in the chest. Friend turns to run and the asshole fires 3 rounds in his back. Friend bleeds to death in a parking lot. The black guy turns himself in a few hours later. He's out on 5000 bucks spending his holiday with family, my old friend is in the ground. Roles reversed this would have been a hate crime and all over cnn. But it's not. It disgusts me to see what our society deems ok and what a joke out legal system is. The fucking thug life culture breeds a bunch of cowards who will only fight in packs or use weapons. The days of men fighting like men is over. Strap up folks, your life depends on it.

A buddy of mine from an old job, black fella, had a step son. Good kid he said, worked hard in school, had a job, just an average, good kid. They lived in a shitty neighborhood. Kid was walking home from work on a crowded sidewalk, and accidentally stepped on a guy's foot. He stopped to apologize, and got shot in the face for, ostensibly, "dissing" the thug when he mis-stepped.

I was shocked when he told me that.

Just misguided youths (I'm sure O-care will extend the definition until mid-thirties) striking out against "white privilege". Driving a Range Rover to a suburban mall is an act of aggression against the oppressed. You have to focus on the "real" victims here.
