Swiss Ball Knowledge
Post by Bob Wildes »
Anyone got a source for Swiss Ball?
I'm expecting this to get at least ten flaming responses.
Now after those I'd appreciate a reliable source with reasonable prices. I never
thought I would want one of those, but now I am considering one for some ab work.

I don't know, look on Amazon, Perform Better, maybe Rogue and compare prices. Do a google search and click on the shopping link.
It's a Swiss ball. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to pick one out, and they're cheap, so don't spend a day researching them.
I have one that I sit on sometimes, and I use it for ab work and I'll lay across it on my back to stretch out a bit.

I found a 65 centimeter ball from Amazon (Gaia) for under $20 that should be the ticket.
Thanks all.

Shit, until I rediscovered Yoga I was of the opinion that all Kettlebells come with a Swiss ball, back stretches with them are the hit!
