In 1997, I was dating a girl in LA. I visited her, she'd just gotten a used SUV.

We're driving down Freeway, and people keep speeding up to look in the car. Or slowing down in front of us. We can't figure out what's going on. Finally, I realize: "You are driving a white Ford Bronco on the Santa Monica Freeway."
One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.
