They could have at least found some M1 Garands for that video. The SKS rifle with the rear sight ladder flipped forward was a poor substitute.

Mormons are a special kind of...I don't know what.

I never knew one Mormon until I moved to the Pacific Northwest. Now, I'm surrounded by them.
I couldn't handle the religious dogma for 5 seconds, but they seem to be good family folks & pillars-of-the-community types. Major supporters of the Boy Scouts.

I grew up around Mormons and it seemed that you were either LDS or disliked them immensely, which I never really understood. They have a good emphasis on family and make good neighbors.

When many Mormon kids go on their mission or go away to college they are particularly fun to watch.

Most of the Mormon haters I have met, where non-Mormon and grew up in a small towns controlled by Mormons.

I think all of the Mormon haters that I have met meet that criteria.

Until I was 19 I had never met a Mormon. It thought they were a mythical people, like the Hebrews. What a disappointment. Just a bunch of white people thinking they're special and keeping copious notes on the score.
