Doesn't sound appetizing.

It tastes like a cross between valerian tea and dirt. It is quite nasty until you get used to it. It is also a total lifesaver for me, when it comes to insomnia. How anyone can enjoy it during the day I'll never know...makes me fairly drifty and sleepy. I've quite taking it and tried subbing other thongs but they just leave me groggy.

If I think of the flavor I can gag myself right now (can think about GHB or 1,4-BD or phenibut and do the same). Sitting around and sipping it is an ass idea. I gave Henkin some and he did that. Looked like he was drinking an arrowhead gallon of watery shit all day.

I mostly settled into a groove of this potent ass Sudanese Super Indo once I was using it every day. Started using it heavy in February 2008 when I went to Florida for a job interview/vacation and then Sedona for a vacation and then the RKC. Up until then I was on a thee day rotation of kratom-liquid morphine-Ativan.

By the time I stopped using daily (I would say December 2010ish) I was using a little over an oz. That is a horrendous amount of this shit to get down.

And it had very few detriments to training. If you like it you can manage training easy with semi-proper hydration. Once I was using mass amounts I had to take hella anti-acid shit all the time.

Took it a few times after I "quit" (mostly while the state pursued their witch hunt against the 200 Foundation on court days). I got some sample pack of a really small amount of something I can't recall. Like maybe a gram or so. I puked for like 3 hours after full-on opium room spinning for a couple hours. Haven't taken it since.

Fuck me running. an Ounce? That would kill my stomach six ways from sunday.

Yeah, it was a sweet oz. of powder swallowing for no effect by that time.

Not super hard to quit even at that level (needing to take it to feel normal). Took maybe a few weeks to not want any (that is aided tremendously by the distasteful memories of taking all that) and maybe a month or month and half of something like restless leg syndrome but for legs and arms.

Depends on how much you take.

Small amounts make more people stomach sick for 24+ hours (on and off) more often than not in my experience. I assume T-Nation is still throwing proprietary bullshit blends into everything and putting a correspondingly BS amount of phenibut.

Tolerance seems to build fast.

500mg for me produces a strong anti-anxiety effect. I think you need greater amounts to actually affect sleep beyond the placebo effect.

They sell straight phenibut powder cheap. Prima Force used to sell caps but I don't know if they still do. I know they stopped selling it on Amazon (a good sign imo).

The first time I took a mass amount I got a full-on GHB high and then never got one again regardless of amount. That happened to about half of the people I gave some to and the other half got no high at all.

Shitty sub for GHB but not useless is my verdict.

It's a fuckng damn shame GHB is so hard to find and make nowadays.

Yes. They were selling some analog in the vitamin stores back in the 80's if I recall.

It was still sold in Illinois as recently as 1999. That was the end of the era. Schedule 1 now (so are precursors) in most places I believe.

When I was making/distributing GHB it was a weird grey area in AZ. You could possess it but not manufacture, consume or transport across state lines. Pre-9/11 I used to fly from AZ to Chicago with several 32oz Gatorade bottles full of food-colored G per trip to sell there.

I have an acquaintance who did several years in AZ for distributing after I moved back to IL. He might still be in (but if so it is because he is a violent menace with a record spanning the globe). Another Scottsdale guy did a year off no priors (would've been more but he turned rat allegedly).
