It must be fun just assigning positions to people. Less than 4% of the US Congress supports legalization. A governor of either party expressing misgivings couldn't be less surprising.

The fiscally responsible thing would be to apply legal pot revenue to the bullet train.

The fiscally responsible thing would be to halt construction on a train that used to be high speed, won't be, and is so over budget it makes my eye hurt to think about it.
