I didn't buy my usual case of Guinness today, on account of Tom Furman is putting me on a program and we'll be getting started in a few days, and I have a sneaking suspicion that my four or five daily pints of Guinness are going to be a no-go. So it won't do to have a shit load of beer lying around next week.

So, today I picked up an ice-cold Coor's Light tall boy.

And here's what I noticed--

I refuse to dash in head-long blindly defending any programs, trainers, or diet protocols/lifestyle choices.

I'm just a guy who wants to be fit, strong and healthy so I can have more fun doing what I love to do, and do it even better; and I am comfortable with my choices.

I think I'm going to switch Coor's Light for red wine, though.
