Ben's a bright guy but his other books have been pretty trashy. This book has 43 of 43 reviews receiving 5 stars...which means he's learned how to market it better.

I read it. It's a regurgitation of everything that's been trendy and popular in the fitness industry the last 5 years or so.

Meh, I was hoping that it may have something interesting in it.

The best was the first time Asprey was on the JRE and going on and on about misc. factors affecting his productivity and didn't once mention his prescription for and daily use of Modafinil.

Also I think Asprey is down to like 15-20min a month of training if I recall correctly.
