Spells is a thoughtful and serious thinker. He's always wrong, but at least he thinks about it before coming to an inevitably wrong conclusion.

And, he recently rescued a Teacup poodle from the retirement home where he does puppet shows on Saturday's. That's almost the same as rescuing a dog so I think he deserves some slack for his wet blanketing.
