I'm looking for a user-friendly technology to allow workers on different shifts & at different stations to quickly converse on different topics.
I came across Yammer "collaboration software" and I'm wondering if any of you use it & like it.

I do not but one of my lifter works at some nutty startup thing I do not understand. They work in revolving teams of 4-8 and she absolutely loves it. The thing she said is most useful is the ability to easily listen in on conversations between other teams to keep everyone looped in without being bogged down like you get with long email chains.
