I'm starting Exodus next. Can't wait over the weekend

Picked this up after seeing your post here. Surprisingly great book. Thanks!

Amazingly, you used to be able to make it from curb to on the plane in 3 minutes, and could buy your ticket ON THE PLANE. The airlines pushed back against anything resembling the TSA, fearing an inconvenient police state that paying customers wouldn't like. Great profile of the psychology and environment of the late 60s and early 70s. Highly recommended.

The Outpost by Jake Tapper, about the attack on COP Keating in Afghanistan.

Well written and hard to put down.

(Look at the location where the brass picked to build it. What could possibly go wrong?)

NOBODY IS READING ANYTHING WRITTEN BY OUR RESIDENT PROFESSIONAL WRITER TIM CAHILL. THIS IS HILARIOUS AND REQUIRES ALL CAPS.

'Sleeping Beauty' by Ross MacDonald. Excellent, definitely worth the dollar it cost. Will be reading more of the Archer series.

Will do. As you know, not much of a philosophy guy myself but, so far, very good as the physics is solid and the relationships to philosophical ideas are thought provoking if not out right convincing. The other book listed, Deep Time, was excellent and, as far as I'm concerned, was enough to establish the credibility of the author.
