I remember doing beer relays one summer while working in Glacier National Park, Montana, competing against teams from the other lodges. We had 4 man teams, and had to drink a case of beer. Sprint about 50 yards, chug, sprint, tag, repeat 3 more times. If your predecessor left any beer in his can you had to finish that first. Brutal.

Sounds fun.
