Guy w/lots of bar experience in Southie travels the world drinking. Lots of international color and surprising beverages. I like Bourdain but a little bit of his world weary snark goes a long way. This guy is more amiable.
Now I want to go to Mongolia and drink a bunch of vodkas - especially the horse's milk vodka.

Saved myself up a mini marathon of this show and watched it over the weekend.
If you like spirits, travel, and different cultures, this is a good investment of TV time.
So far I've decided that I've got to get my hands on Mongolian vodka and Armenian brandy. I'm going to skip the Peruvian beer made with old lady spit.
And, on my forthcoming trip to New Orleans, a vieux carre or several will be had.
