I had a pair, I didn't realize how awesome they were for benching until I had the heal removed and can't find them now. Anyone have a pair in 10.5 mens that they want to part with? The higher the heel the better.

damn im over here next to the muscle driver factory and they just got cases of the things. are they any good?

I liked them a little for squatting and a lot for benching, not really an expert opinion though.

I wore my Dowins at a Rippetoe seminar-he told me the heel on them were way too high. That may cause you to think the heel on them is perfect.

Some nutter, maybe an oly guy, had a whole website/blog devoted to comparing the heel heights of various shoes.

IIRC, the VS athletics were identical to the Do-wins....a shade high for a lot of people in terms of squat. I'll dig around for it.

I managed to snag a pair in size 10 off of ebay for a total of$24. I appreciate you looking though. These shoes are the bees knees when it comes to benching. At least for me anyways.
