I take exception that the news is reporting this like the SUV was responsible, instead of the bastard driving it.

Now, the rest of the story, the deceased were living in the shed behind the brother in laws trailer. But they were planning on moving out soon. Maybe they were going to move on up to the east side, aka Moccasin Wallow.

I hope they lock the SUV up for life.
