Oh, little shit like improving school performance overall, reducing racial and gender gaps, upgrading the technology and technology programs at all school levels. Bettering the schools without raising our already astronomical property taxes. Adding stop signs and having motorists obey crosswalks. Improving the tainted drinking water. Adding express train service during rush hour. Trying to get the slum lord to sell or improve his commercial properties so new businesses will move in. That kind of shit.
