Go ahead and google it up. You will find multiple studies, even by the most Liberal universities and they come out about the same. The average IQ of African-Americans is between 70 and 80, they have a LARGE number under 70 and it very spares in the 120s and up. Not that there are not black geniuses out there. I've known some.

Now I don’t want policy made based on this but it is a big factor in their problems as a group.

People of lower IQs tend to be more impulsive and violent, tend not always.

One theory for why this is is because it's really not that hard to survive in Africa and it's got a small amount of rivers for such a large continent, unlike Europe. Less trade, travel and mixing of ideas and advancements.

Asians beat whites by a small margin on average.

Some moron once claimed that people from West Africa can run really fast for short distances.
