Waco Biker Bloodbath - Shape, RU OK?

As most of us know, Shape lives in Texas, and is a member of the notorious biker gang, "Vixens on Vespas."

Shape, you OK, man? I'm worried.
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.

Oh my, I hope that Shape was in his normal place, under the table, when that broke out.

Was that some crazy shit or what? I appreciate the concern. The Vixens were on a dildos-for-trannys run that weekend in the Dallas area so we stayed out of trouble, fuckers. Evidently that Twin Peaks was a franchise and not a corporate store. The police tried to get them to not cater to the biker groups but they refused...don't know what that's all about but it's probably incredible luck that no "regular" folks got hurt. But I ask you...if you were driving down the road with your family and was hungry, besides choosing Twin Peaks to have a meal, what rational person would stop and walk in to a place with 200 bikes and guys in motorcycle club garb walking around?

I'm pretty sure that Twin Peaks filled with bikers isn't first up on the Sunday brunch after church list in Waco.

The one outside Charlotte NC is worth a stop.

Charlotte is not.

Accelerate until you are through...

But then east of Charlotte is Lexington #1 BBQ.

Just thank the Lord that these weren't black bikers. The National Guard woulda been called in to protect the white people.

Good analogy except for the part that the police actually shot and killed the bikers. You know, with real bullets.

Oh, and the part about 170 of them being arrested, most held on $1m bail.

And, instead of a looted and burning neighborhood, people of Waco needed to wake up to this threat this morning.

Yep. 4 of the 9 killed by police returning fire from the biker gangs. If this was 300 black people armed to the teeth, there would have likely been 104 killed and martial law enacted to protect white interests in the area.

I mean, thankfully there weren't any "thugs" involved. Just a group of hard-working American heroes, fighting for their right of individuality in a corporate world.

Except for reports that all 9 were killed by police.

I haven't seen anything to suggest that the bikers were any more or less armed than anybody in Baltimore or Ferguson nor do I see any reason to suggest that a stronger and more sustained response (i.e. National Guard) wouldn't have been used if they had started burning down buildings and looting local stores.

A lot is being made of the fact that police let the bikers just sit there and text on their phones while arresting them but the fact is that the bikers just sat there and texted on their phones while being arrested.

Holy. Fucking. Shit.

If there were 300 athletes armed to their platinum teeth and touching off rounds at each other, the only people in danger would have been innocent white bystanders, little girls and straight A ghetto einsteins. I PRAY the powers that be would have come down like the fist of god on those hood rats and imposed martial law.

Does anyone seriously think that LEOs haven't been watching these guys for years, and weren't prepared to handle this effectively? For this result to happen (only outlaw bikers getting killed and no civilians), there would seem to have to be some very smart and effective preparation.

No. It just meant white men were holding guns on both sides but only one side was trained.

Interesting that the cops feel so comfortable that they're facing away from their prisoners.

A picture doesn't show everything. I am sure there are guys facing in while others face out. I don't remember any SOP stating this from my days of carrying a weapon and disrupting people's day, it was just what made for common sense.

I am pretty sure that the bikers didn't keep their rally/meeting a secret.
