I use Wordpress to publish http://www.alphabetgumbo.com. Push-button publishing. Lots of templates to choose from. Way faster than if I built my website from scratch. I can publish new stuff in a matter of minutes and it has all kinds of social networking stuff built right in, to make it easy to share your stuff.

I like it.
