There are only two flavors- #9 and #10. #9 is Chile Verde Garlic & Ginger and is the best sauce I've ever had on eggs. #10 is Four Chiles & Garlic, a little hotter than the green, and is great on anything.
Best hot sauces I've ever had. A little expensive, but worth it for me.

Marie Sharps's from Belize is terrific, but comes in different heat levels. It can get out of hand.
I haven't been much for hot sauces, but it's very legit on eggs, beans, rice, etc. habanero with carrot, garlic, vinegar.

One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.

I take basic one-star hot Tapatio that has good flavor and ramp it up by adding Habanero.
