Introduction

Finally getting around to introducing myself. I'm a weightlifter and really suck. push pressed my body weight last week, hopefully a body weight snatch next year. Generally compete at 94kg. Old 33. been training on and off since 18, mostly stuart McRobert inspired shit, alternating with alcoholism and canoeing. Been doing actual weightlifting for about 2.5 years Would like to be ok at weightlifting and get waist from 38inches to 32inches while staying at 94-95kg bw. Height is 6'1" and yes I've been reading strength theory's last few posts on body composition etc and would like them discussed.
