Two nights ago I got in my Wayback Machine and traveled in the Training Logs to the year 2006. I read some of _____________'s logs, then Fat Cat's logs...back when he was a Blue Belt. His logs follow his journey to Black Belt.
If you follow grappling, this is gold. Fat Cat was disciplined with his log, and wrote some great descriptions of his struggles & development as a martial artist. I owe that man a beer.
