No one started a thread about the recent Planned Parenthood shootings even though the killer shot a cop and a member of the US Military (two varieties of service that are clearly respected here).

Was it not that big of a deal? I suspect some might suggest it's worth the price of their individual freedoms.

It's a rare day when only two people die at an abortuary. Perhaps you're right, that is unusual and worthy of note.

Thread creation rate has been pretty slow in general. We've missed a bunch of stuff.

Although I will say the whiplash on Slate was entertaining. Practically 24 hrs from "this white guy is totally a terrorist, we should all fear evil white men" article to "Whoa, let's not be hasty, this husband and wife team of shooters with go-pro cameras and an apartment full of pipe bombs just might have merely had an argument at a party, we can't really know".
