You can't reason with a pack of bonobos that are hyped up on Kool-Aid and welfare checks.

I salute his courage in saying what 99% of white politicians won't. We won't hear that from Hillary. Or any of the others.

Bill always did have a gift for tactical honesty. Lie, obfuscate, blather, at times blunder...but when he needed to really slip a tackle, full frontal honesty.

I make no secret of my loathing for the man and his politics, policies, and behavior. But to give credit where due, no other politician in my lifetime was as slippery, wily, and adroit at handling the masses.

He was the first black republican...what's not to love?

I love the GOP...so regressive they can't even sniff test their own.

You're way off Kaz...Billious has better mouth control than just about anyone in the modern era. Slicker and Trickier than Nixon by far...crowd control on par with Reagan, able to talk for hours without saying a damn thing.Could he run again, he'd trounce the shit out of the current field and the standing prez.

Like Nixon you gotta recognize the level of game.

I agree that he would trounce this current crop. That is no great feat as this is the sorriest lot I can recall in my life time.

I put Bill's crowd control up about Ronnie's. The dude was masterful in any kind of speaking engagement and could slip into so many different incarnations. He makes the current crop of one-dimensional cartoon characters look laughable.

However, I don't mind the current batch of candidates in that there is something for everybody. I could sincerely see why somebody would like Sanders or Trump or Cruz. Hillary...actually, I can't fathom why anybody would support her outside of 'the other guy's are nuts' but, beyond that, it's a fun year.

Former President Bill Clinton said Friday that he regretted drowning out the chants of black protesters at a rally in Philadelphia the day before, when he issued an aggressive defense of his administration’s impact on black families. His reaction thrust a debate about the 1990s into the center of his wife’s presidential campaign, one that has focused heavily on issues of race and criminal justice.
