Re: Steak cooking technique...
I've been thinking of taking my latest broadsword that I am forging up, and using a big, fat, juicy steak to blood-quench its blade, cooking it from the inside-out.
Don’t believe everything you think.

Maybe the worst story I've ever read.Shapecharge wrote:I met a school trained chef awhile back, a youngster but he had a good rep, that was opening a restaurant in town and he told me if he made me a steak and I didn't think it was the best I ever had then he'd pay for it. He did the sous vide technique with a sear afterwards. Sadly he got seriously ill and never opened the restaurant. I was hoping to try that and see what it was all about.
"Know that! & Know it deep you fucking loser!"

Teri, stop this. You're only hurting yourself. See the painkillers thread in the training forum.

Hmmm, they may have stolen my idea in Mongolia. Try it on a cow?nafod wrote:I've been thinking of taking my latest broadsword that I am forging up, and using a big, fat, juicy steak to blood-quench its blade, cooking it from the inside-out.
Specialties include Boodog , where the whole carcass of a goat or marmot is roasted from the inside by removing the entrails and bones via the throat, filling the cavity with red hot stones and the neck tied tightly, thus cooked the animal from the inside out.

Stop your aggressives, Shape or I will take that dead cow flesh you love, microwave it and feed it to my neighbor's dogs.

Obama's narcissism and arrogance is only superseded by his naivete and stupidity.
