Kansas City, KS
I have to go there in a couple of weeks. I have not spent any time in KC, KS. Where do I want to go to eat?

Jack Stacks was a good BBQ chain. I see it's now Fiorella's Jack Stacks so I can't speak to the new management.

I lived in Overland Park, KS for a year. BB's Lawnside BBQ in Kansas City was a fun place to visit. The food is good and they have live blues bands during the month.

Re: Kansas City, KS
I was just there. Family that have lived there for years said for BBQ:
1) Joe's
2) Arthur Bryant's
I ate both and liked Joe's better. At each place, their "large" sandwich was not that big. I easily ate three total and could have eaten more. I'd hate to see their small ones.
Oh, stay away from KC, Missouri.
