I don't know exactly how the NYPD determined why someone should be stopped and frisked but there needs to be a real reason for it beyond just being a punk on the street. I love his commitment to the 2nd amendment but would like to see a little love for the 4th as well.
Stop & Frisk was the NYPD's enthusiastic approach to the nationwide Terry Stop, where on "reasonable suspicion" of criminal activity, cops can stop someone, question them, and pat them down for weapons. Apparently, some/many cops stretched the definition of reasonable suspicion to cover anyone they felt might be dirty. I suspect Trump is influenced by Giuliani, who credits S&F with the crime drop in NYC.

Many question the effectiveness of Stop & Frisk, including conservative (and black) attorney & commentator Larry Elder, who points to other cities that enjoyed a drop in their crime rate without S&F.

Me, I'd like to see the despicable DUI checkpoints go away. Although they aren't allowed in my state.

No doubt, Trump is an enormously flawed candidate. I would have taken any of the other Republican candidates over Trump; even Bush. And Jim Webb, on the Dem side.

And yet his power (if elected) will still be constrained by it. Just like King Andy and Woodrow Wilson ( both Republicans of coarse).

what is trump, really?

do you think he is committed to an originalist judicial philosophy? does he know what that is?

trump has thought more about tits than about any serious issues facing the country, and predicting what he will do is best arrived at by guessing what he imagines will most likely get him laid.

Bet some of you are actually starting to wish now that Kanye really was running for president.

Even his twitter meltdowns would be less embarrassing.

If Kanye were the Democratic and Dick Cheney were the Republican nominee, we would have the mirror image of the current election.

I'm voting for Gary Johnson, just like I did in the last election, but if I had to pick between the big two...

Trump is a bully, a loudmouth, and buffoon. But he is infinitely better than Clinton, who is actually evil and is the physical embodiment of everything that is wrong with our political system. Possibly the most corrupt human being to run for President in my lifetime, which is saying a lot.

We arent evil. For real. No need to be scared of females.

That being said, i wouldnt cry if all the trump supporters helped elect johnson.

About equal in chances of being an ineffectual president, but not starting ww3 or making putin even more powerful and unchecked.

Trump still hasnt really said an actual thing that is consistent or really anything at all that could be believed or makes sense.

How many of you have actually fact checked the hillary myths?

As with the racist backlash against obama, i fully expect a backlash against women if hillary gets elected. The gloves will come off and we will really get to see what america thinks of women.

OK. I thought about it, what Trump said.

We are here on IGx, famous for foul mouthed ignorance but we're pikers compared to this malignant clown. We say smut. I haven't seen anyone suggesting that fucking a married woman is a good idea. Went back in my own life. Even as a teen, drinking beer, I never said shit like that. Married women? The husband is likely to be your friend. Or an acquaintance. What I learned early on is you don't fuck your friends' wives. Never.

Today he failed to name the leader of North Korea. The jury is no longer out. Gary Johnson is a foreign policy imbecile.

Holy fuck man, wake up. Look at what Trump is bragging about. The implication. There is a reason droves of out-of-service Republicans are publicly out against him. You could not create a worse candidate in a lab.

Fucking epic. :)

Ftr, i am and have been friends with a good number of vulgar motherfuckers over the years. However most was in good fun. This is next level shit.

Ive experienced this (trump)level of nasty speech one time. It was when i lived in Georegetown, DC. And went to Georegtown U for graduate school. Lived in a house owned by a business major who had become a financial guy. He took me on as little sister so they mostly ignored me or made half assed attempts to fuck me (unsucceasful) Never met a bigger group of assholes in my life. They seemed to not have a working knowledge of female anatomy (by their stories) or a soul to speak of. They were always trying to charm me by talking about their earning potential and/or being crude as fuck. It was disturbing. Especially knowing the positions they hold now.

Only concerned with fucking bimbos and simutaneously marrying good financial stock.

It was gross.

Literally, neither of these two could beat anyone but the other. How can a nation that puts these two forth as the best of its best survive?

The latest Medal of Honor recipient is Capt. Florent Ahmed Groberg. Maybe I'll write in his name if I can't bring myself to check the Trump box. I live in a state where my vote doesn't matter anyway, why not support someone worthy of respect.

This one is probably the death knell for The Donald.

Here's what will happen. Trump loses. Will Hillary be on the cover of the papers, will her picture be on political blogs? No way. There will be a big picture of Trump and a headline like, The Big Loser, The Biggest Loser, Loser.

The loser will be the media outlets who have lost their cash cow.
