I have a Tacoma that I needs a new hood. Some truck skipped something off the highway a few months ago and put a big gash in the front of the hood.
It's not worth repairing and a new hood is not as pricey as I thought. I need the hood painted black and it's got to match the rest of the truck. Any idea of what kind of money I'd be spending for the paint job?
I'm not going to Maaco either. I've seen some of their work.

Re: Anybody ever have their car painted
Any local body shop should be able to hook you up for a couple hundred bucks. Check around on yelp and see who has the best reviews. They'll probably be happy to have some non-insurance work to play with, as most shops deal with insurance adjusters all day. That's honestly one of the reasons the average body shop work you see is so shoddy - insurance companies will hammer them down on both # of hours and $/hour until there's no meat left on the bone to do good work.
Be aware that IME black is a hard color to match. There are about 5 bazillion different shades of black.

I don't have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once, but by the time I got to it, it had turned back into my neighbor's dog.
