Been oil pulling for a few months now. I really like. Makes the teeth feel cleaner and the mouth fresher than mouthwash. My dentist recomended.

Swish around a Tsp of raw or virgin coconut oil in your mouth focusing on pulling it btwn your teeth for a few min. Theory is the oil plus saliva creates a powerful antibiotic. So you gotta do it for more than a minute. If you get a ton of saliva you used too much oil.

There's no reason that oil can't be repurposed. It'd be the environmentally responsible thing to do.

Been using it instead of chapstick. Just rub some into my lips at various times during the day. Works.
