I picked this up recently, a pastor in a nearby town was selling off his late father's collection.
I already have a 9mm in the alloy frame, this Practical is a 40, and as a bonus it came with a 357 sig extended and ported barrel and a set of delrin Speigel grips. Strongly considering getting a threaded barrel, i could handload a 200gr subsonic 40....especially if cans come off the NFA.

Always liked external hammer action. That's one of the reason I have a soft spot for Hi-Power, etc. I know it has pros and cons...

Also it seems to have already had the basic trigger work done. Mag disconnect is gone, takeup is smooth. One single moment of grit on the break, but only at absolute slowest speed can i sense it. Seems about as light a pull as I'd want on a carry gun, its not heavy at all.
